Our charges in normal dates & within the city limit includes,
1] Audio systems with mikes & 2 cordless mikes, with 5 audio operators,
2] Laser lights, disco lights, smoke machines with 3 light operators etc,
3] Singers costume & make up,
4] Musicians with instruments & transporting,
5] Dancing children costumes, make- up, transporting.
6] Projector, Screen, Plasma TV [any one according to stage] for Video back ground at the stage back drop.
[Note: Minimum 20'x30'stage & food to be arranged by the booking parties]
For the above structure we charge in different ranges according to Hall space & distance,
for normal dates, within Chennai, indoor.[For out door, out of station, function busy dates--extra charges]
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ROCK & ROCK TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE PROGRAM BOOKING PARTY
1. 50% of the total amount to be given as advance while booking the program.
2. Otherwise, 25% of the total amount as advance, and remaining 25% of the advance as post dated cheque within 10 days or by cash within 10 days, to be given in person without any delay.[only applicable if the program is booked at least one month in advance]
3. Balance 50% of the total amount (final balance settlement) to be given at least the last day before the program date [For this cheque accepted atleast 10 days before the program date.For Last 10 days cash only]
4. The party have the full responsibility for the damages causing to the instruments and members in the program spot which may be by rain (or) other Natural calamites [by the mistake in stage arrangements & accomodation alotted] (or) any other disputes within the audience.
5. For outdoor stages, the party has to arrange the stage, without any rain water drops in to the stage, with minimum 20’x 30’ measurement.
6. If the party decides to stop the program by any problem, they have to inform before starting, then only the program date will be altered.
7. The party has the responsibility to avoid the irrespects causing to the troupe members or any other eve-teasing causing to the female singers or dancers, by the audience.
8. Program’s songs list will be decided by Rock & Rock only, and if some preferable songs, party have to tell the song while booking or one month in advance, which is earlier.
9. Rock & Rock troupe members only will perform in the program, and others (even party’s friends and relatives) will not be allowed to perform in our program.
10. The party have to arrange food & accommodation for all the members of the troupe [Individual places for male & female] from 1 hour in advance till the end of packing of all the instruments after the program.
